We are so glad you are interested in joining the Kaleo Kids Team! Children are precious and should be filled with truth, hope and goodness. What a joy to help them come to know and trust Jesus!

This application is a way for us to begin to get to know you a little better. Please don't be intimidated by these questions, as they are a necessary part of the application process to work with children. Background

The leadership at Kaleo has a responsibility to know who we are putting in a place of authority and or leadership over the children in our care. These next two questions are both for our awareness and to aid us in helping the individual where needed.

Do you have on-going battles with addictive sins such as sexual sin, alcohol or drugs? If so, explain how you are overcoming them. *

This question is for on-going sins only, not about sins of your past.

Have you ever been charged, arrested, cited or held by any law enforcement agency? *

Include all misdemeanors and felonies, dates of arrest and dates of conviction if applicable. List your record since becoming 18 years old.
